James Franklin is an entrepreneur, technology consultant and Fractional CTO with a background spanning software development, systems administration, infrastructure, systems architecture and technical leadership. His career has evolved from hands-on technical roles into strategic leadership, while maintaining a strong appreciation for the technical foundations that underpin successful organisations.
Working across consulting, leadership and professional education, James has partnered with business leaders and technical teams to simplify complex ideas, build capability and support informed decision making.
James has a particular interest in emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, startups and ambitious ideas that challenge conventional thinking. While his work today is largely focused on strategy, innovation and leadership, he remains closely connected to the technical side through software development and a curiosity for how complex systems work.
